Product Statement
Note: B.G. mattresses fit Hill-Rom® beds with Bed Exit® system. Please specify Bed Exit Channels (optional) if desired.

Flammability: Mattresses meet CE standards and US Federal Flammability Standards and optionally, BS 6807 Source 5 (Crib 5). Most mattresses can be manufactured to meet the flame or fire codes required by specific country. Please indicate if there are specific requirements.

Test results of a MaxiFloat removed after 3 years and 10 months use and Hexagon roller tested for 125,000 cycles is available upon request.

Warranty Disclaimer (see specific product for warranty)
This limited warranty applies only to defects in structure, workmanship and materials and only to damages arising from normal hospital or facility usage from the date of receipt of goods. Damages arising from abnormal use, such as those caused by needle punctures, burns, chemicals, negligent use or improper care or cleaning, are excluded from coverage. The manufacturer will pay shipping and handling charges incurred in connection with this warranty during the first year. Thereafter, those charges are the facility’s sole responsibility. Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the product free of charge during the warranty period and to substitute components of similar or superior quality. No returns, allowances, credits, discounts, charge backs or other deductions may be made without manufacturer’s prior written authorization. The warranty for the standard or premium control unit is one (1) year, parts and labor, under normal usage. Any damage resulting from dropping or other improper uses of the control unit will void the warranty. All other terms of the warranty apply. This warranty is the only warranty applicable and there are no other warranties express or implied, and no one other than the manufacturer has authority to modify this warranty. Manufacturer’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Manufacturer disclaims any liability for incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising from a breach of this warranty. The purchaser is hereby advised that most fabric will stretch and all foam (regardless of chemical composition) and padding, will lose some of its resiliency (memory), and supportive properties, during its life. This is normal and is not included in this or any other warranty applicable to this product. This warranty is void if manufacturer’s tag is removed. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH ABOVE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES THE PURCHASER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. THE PURCHASER MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL LEGAL RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS.
